This building is a keystone on the “high street” of the Village Centre in the new Wesbrook Village neighbourhood at UBC. Comprising 180 suites offering condominium, rental and catered living accommodation along with extensive common areas and amenity space, and retail shops fronting Wesbrook Mall, the development provides for strong interaction between the residents and the community.
A variety of programs capitalize on the unique opportunity for educational exchange between residents and the university campus. The project was completed in association with Nigel Baldwin Architects.
