A Condominium office development in six buildings on a 4 acre site located on a major arterial in Phoenix. This project was designed with the buildings enclosing a large central parking area for easy access from the busy arterial street frontage.
The structures are designed with minimal interior structure and continuous facades to allow for the creation of a variety of office sizes starting at 1800 square feet.
Sun screens and a large overhang protects the glass entry facades and gives the project its distinctive appearance. The buildings are constructed of concrete tilt panels with smooth and board formed textures.
