The 112 rental suites range from studio to two bedrooms and are complemented by a full floor of support and amenity facilities including lounges and dining rooms, a pub, a media room, wellness centre, games and crafts rooms, a swimming and therapeutic pool, a business centre/library and a hair salon. Designed to contribute to the streetscape, the concrete frame is clad in brick masonry and panelized walls with large window areas opening onto large balconies, and extensive landscaping with native materials.
