This design/build project incorporates a 30 storey tower and 31 townhouse units in one of Vancouver's vibrant new neighbourhoods - Coal Harbour. The project includes a unique mix of non-market and market rental housing.
Amenities include community rooms, children's play areas and extensive courtyard landscaping. The first ten floors of this tower provide two and three bedroom suites of family housing with BC Housing subsidy. The apartments combine with larger surrounding townhomes to offer accommodation to 113 families in this emerging downtown neighbourhood. Community rooms and play spaces are provided at grade and in the secure courtyards.
