Farmer Construction Office

The building program encompasses the salvage and renovation of part of a former restaurant to create a new home office for a prominent Victoria contractor. The building is a 10,000 square foot, two storey building of wood construction. The proposed office is designed to be a registered LEED platinum building within the new Dockside Green sustainable neighbourhood. It features extensive roof decks and metallic finishes in strong colours for a contemporary maritime look.
