The contextual redevelopment of four city blocks includes 1,400 housing units, 410,000 sf commercial, parking for 2,500 cars, a community elementary school and child care centre, and a public plaza, integrated with adjacent areas and the Stadium ALRT Station. The work was completed as a partner in International Village Architects Joint Venture.
