On the north shore of False Creek adjacent to Cambie Street, 93 units of non-market family housing have been developed in a nine storey building that is constructed over a single storey City-operated Child Care Facility for 49 children.
The residential suites range in size from 600 to 1044 sf and provide one, two and three bedroom accommodation. The project includes extensive children's play areas both at grade and on building terraces. The project parking also incorporated an additional area for public parking to service the adjacent marina.
