Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility Clinic

Renovation of existing out-of-service inpatient units to accommodate the reception, consultation, examination, treatment, and office functions of this provincial service.  REI Clinic services are provided on an outpatient basis and include consultation, counselling, testing, sperm collection, and in vivo implantation.  The collection and storage of samples, test procedures and results, and patient records are subject to stringent security and storage conditions, all accommodated within the clinic.  The procedure room is provided with OR lighting, and air handling with positive pressure confirmed by monitor and alarm.  In addition to the active patient care areas, there is provision within the suite for physicians’ offices and research space.
