Affordable Housing Advisory Association will administer this 136 unit development along with Coast Foundation and McLaren Housing. These 31.6 m² self contained non-market units have been developed to provide housing for the "hard to house" along with the mentally handicapped and people with AIDS. The residential portion of the project has been developed in a nine storey mid-rise tower placed on top of a two storey community Drop-In Centre for Coast Foundation.
