This project provides accommodation for 750 students in single rooms along with associated common areas and dining hall. The complex extends the central "spine" of the campus, is organized into 23 student "houses" arranged in three 8 storey buildings.
The top floor of one building provides “hotel” rooms for visiting professors, lecturers and university guests. The dining hall links the buildings to existing walkways and also contains housing services offices and meeting rooms. Undertaken in association with Downs/Archambault & Partners.
