The project is a 4-storey transitional residential building for clients with dual diagnosis, recovering from substance abuse and mental illness. The building consist of 30 studio size units ranging from 340 to 440 sq.ft. The ground level is designed to include support services with administrative offices and common amenity spaces which included a Sanctuary Room, various Multi-Purpose Rooms, Television Lounge, Computer Room, Healing Garden and a large outdoor Patio area.
