Award winning adaptive reuse of one of Vancouver's oldest brick masonry buildings. Constructed in 1886, the building at 100 Powell Street in Gastown, served as a glass warehouse until it was abandoned in 1989.
The property was purchased by international rock musician Bryan Adams who commissioned dys to design a unique warehouse style recording studio, that retained the heritage aesthetics & structure of the original building.
