Situated on the former Mount St. Mary Hospital site in Victoria, this project is comprised of a 6 storey terraced building with 66 residential units and 1½ levels of underground parking. Located on a tree lined boulevard, the building is a contextual response to the many heritage buildings in this older residential neighbourhood near downtown.
The overall site design includes a reconditioned existing heritage brick and stone walls and iron gates.
